AELF Closes Financing With Natixis

AELF CLOSES FINANCING FACILITY WITH NATIXIS CIB

CHICAGO, December 30, 2025 – Aircraft Engine Lease Finance Inc. (AELF), a US-based commercial aircraft lessor, announced a new warehouse credit facility with Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (Natixis CIB) providing up to $100 million in committed capital. This is AELF’s first financing with Natixis and supports expansion of its mid-life aircraft leasing strategy.

The facility provides AELF flexibility and acquisition capacity to pursue opportunities in the mid-life aircraft segment. AELF said the capital will support acquisition of Boeing 737-800 and Airbus A330 aircraft, which offer reliability, favorable operating economics, immediate deployment capability, and attractive value relative to new-build aircraft in a constrained supply environment.

AJ Issenman, Director of Capital Markets at AELF, said the company is pleased to partner with Natixis and views the facility as providing capital flexibility to build on recent momentum. He noted new staff hires, asset acquisitions, and partnerships in 2025, and expressed confidence in continued development in 2026 and beyond.

Yevgeniya Levitin, Managing Director and Head of Aviation Americas at Natixis CIB, said AELF’s mid-life aircraft strategy reflects strong market understanding and the ability to identify attractive risk-adjusted returns in a dynamic leasing environment. She said Natixis is excited to support AELF’s expansion and expects value creation for stakeholders.

AELF’s technical and remarketing teams identify value-creation assets and manage them through transitions, optimizing maintenance and residual values. The Natixis facility provides competitive terms, operational efficiency, and financial discipline as AELF scales.
